Product 12-Week Primal Health Programme

A 12-week transformational programme to help nurture a lifestyle change to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

The programme focuses on nutrition, effective exercise, sleep and stress management.

12 weeks is the length of time that has shown again and again to achieve real, potentially permanent change. 

The first 4 weeks mainly cover nutrition.

There are bi-weekly one-to-one sessions. In addition, email support is provided throughout the programme.

From week 5 we will look at Primal Lifestyle topics like sleep and stress. 

In week 6 the focus is on Primal Fitness an it will equip you to exercise effectively.

In weeks 7-9 we will revisit nutrition and look at ways on how to level up results.

In the last few weeks we will evaluate what we have learned and look at how to achieve total body and mind wellness in a sustainable way.
